  • Why does the batch execute twice?

When I create a new user Hyena executes the batch job. (Correct!)

When I then click on add I get the template for Exchange when I then click on OK, Hyena executes the same batch with other variable contents. Therefore the batch job doesn't work.

Why does it do this? and How can I turn it off?

Can you give us step-by-step on this so I can try and duplicate?

      Sorry I was to dumb!!!

I set the same batch file to be used after creating a user as was in Tools, Options, User.

But that brings me to another question...

      What are the variables?

      and

      For what is that good?

This allows you to run a batch file on user adds, changes, or deletes. So, if you delete a user it will run this batch file.

I believe the variables are listed in the help file.
