I am moving my user folders from one drive to another. I need a way to unshare the existing home directory so that the new one can be shared with the same name. Is there a way in Hyena to "unshare" a home directory?

You can expand the home directory server in Hyena's left window and double-click on Shares. This displays the shares in the right window.
In the right window you can select the shares that you want to stop, then right-click and choose Stop Sharing. -
