Replication Accross All Domains

Is there a way to force replication accross all our domain controllers for such tasks as unlocking accounts, password resets, group changes, etc... Similar to the way we can report login times accross all domain controllers?
Since we are performing this task agains one domain controller, we sometimes see delays in our replication cycles especially in our APAC and EMEA locations. Thanks -

There is an option available by right-clicking on the domain and choosing Synchronize Entire Domain that should take care of that for you.
