If I do that the ability to select "remove membership" disappear. So the only way to solve this issue would be to generate a report by view direct membership and then select users for removal based on if they have a disabled icon for their account ?

The fields for group members can't be changed. You can select your users in the right-hand window, then right-click and choose Query Active Directory and run one of the user queries, though.

We currently have an issue with disabled accounts that are still members of distribution groups and therefor generate Out-Office-Replys and such.

I would like an easy way to remove this membership for disabled accounts. If I use "View Direct Members Only" on a group I get lovely report of members and an easy way to remove membership for a specific group.

However I would like this report to contain more info than the default cn / display name / Description-fields etc. Preferably the ROLE-field. Is this possible ?
