Make sure the Remote Registry service is running on that computer.

I am using Hyena with W2k3 server. I was browsing through the computers in AD, while I can ping the computer on cmd prompt, Hyena gives an error "unable to connect to registry of \\host" when I click on software tab in the computer properties. Can someone help me to overcome this problem.
