Disabled date for user accounts

I'm not sure that this is even possble but is there a way to extract the disabled date for user accounts?

As far as I can tell Windows just sets the DISABLED flag, but does not store a date/time for that happening. You might find something in the event logs, but you'll have to do some digging.
