Last Logon Expires Column results

I am looking at the last logon on our domain and as well have added the Expires option in my filter of All Users. Could you tell me the difference between (None) and No Expiration that comes up under the Expires column.

They both mean the same thing, but for some reason Windows puts either a 0, or a null value in. We aren't sure why they are different, but one represents the 0 value, the other represents the null value.
