List members of both of two groups

I need to create a list of users who are members of both of two groups. I'm not sure how to do this. I've already searched on a variety of terms and not found what I am looking for, but there are a lot of ways of describing this - so apologies if this is an FAQ!

You will have to get the list of members from each group, then do a join of some sort in Access to get this information.
