Using v.6.7 revD, most of the user icons are grey, and unmanagable. What is required of the local PC's to allow for them to be managed?

What errors do you get when you try to access these computers?

The properties page does come up, but when selecting the Software or System tabs you get:

Unable to connect to registry of "\\machinename.domainname"

when you click ok, the error goes away and an empty property window comes up.

That error doesn't help much, but one thing to check would be to make sure the Remote Registry service is running on the computer you are trying to view.
