how to modify multiple user address details

i am deloying auto email signatures and wish to modify multiple usswrs titles, address etc - how do i do this easily please?

The easiest way is to use the 'Manage Directory Attributes' function, which can be accessed on any AD object from the context menu.

To see the attribute that you have to modify first select a test account, right click, select 'Manage Directory Attributes', then select the first option to see everything, and click OK.

Make a note of the name of the attribute to modify, then select a couple of accounts and perform the same thing and modify the attribute. Verify that everything worked as expected, then do it again for as many accounts as you want to.

I could not tell from your message what was the name of the AD attribute you were modifying, but by viewing all of the attributes, you can determine that.

Thank you very much - this was great.

However what is the Country/Region attribute name? when i modify c attribute it does not display in the Country/Region of the Address Tab. I must have the wrong attribute

The country code is special and has to be set to special two-letter codes. US is easy, the rest you need a table for. Look at the file ad_country.dat in Hyena's installation directory, it has all of the codes and is where we get it from as AD has no interface to get this information.
