Local user account

All of our users needed to be a local admin of their own pc (for certain software to run). Is there a way I could change them from being local admins to power users through Hyena?

Unfortunately I don't know of an easy way to do this. Hyena has an Add/Remove Group Member function that can be run against multiple computers at once, but this would only help if the username was the same across these computers. Since the username will vary, this function wouldn't help much.
