copypwd question

I need to replicate a subset of a domain's users on a local server (in order to remove it from the domain). I've already used Hyena to copy the selected user accounts.

When I import the dumped passwords, and copypwd runs into an account that does not exist, will it just continue with the next one, or will the process stop?

I believe it will continue on but I'm not sure. You can edit the file beforehand, though, and remove any users that you don't want it to set passwords on. This way when it runs you know what users are being modified.
