SMTP Addresses Not Populating Correctly

When creating Exchange 2003 mail boxes with Hyena 6.7 for some reason email addresses aren't being created correctly by the recipient update service in Exchange. Three addresses should be created but instead only the primary is being created. Addresses are fine when set up with Active Directory Users and Computers. Has anyone else run into this?

I found in my situation that I had to enter first and last names under the personal tab when creating a new account.
