Copy User issue

I have one user that when I right click and click "Copy" it hangs Hyena up and I have to end the task. I had 2 other people try it and they're having the same problem. Yet copying other users seems to work OK. What could be special about this user that would hang up Hyena?

Look through all of the properties of that user to see if anything looks unusual. Some ideas would be an invalid date in the Account Expiration Date field, or bogus characters in the Description field, etc.

Also, have you tried just letting it run for a bit to make sure there's not just something slowing the process down for getting that user's data?

I didn't find anything weird on the account. But now than an hour has gone by, it's working for some reason. ODD.
