Does anyone have a script that will delete all win games from XP and 2000 PCs?

I don't have a script that will delete the games <span style="font-weight: bold">BUT</span> let me tell you this. In XP and maybe 2000, games are considered system files. You can delete the file and the system will replace it. I believe this falls under the file protection service but could be wrong. You could make a simple batch file to delete the files and make a tool for it.
This isn't going to remove the root problem. Your users could (if they have the rights) reapply the games through add/remove programs. <span style="font-style: italic">this applies to 2000</span> That's if you get around the file protection issue.
To remove games from XP, you must edit the c:\windows\inf\sysoc.inf , simply highlight the <span style="font-weight: bold">hide</span> from the lines that have what your after. You don't need a space or anything, just remove them. If you save a copy, you can replace the file after you go in to add/remove programs and uninstall the games.
