Modify Logon Script

Granted permission to modify a user accounts logon script setting. When using Hyena, get ldap error message concerning insufficient access rights. When use AD Users & Computers, there is not an error. Write Permission has been granted to the script path property for user objects. What else does Hyena require to allow this modification?

You are probably running into a problem with the user not having access to the attribute 'useraccountcontrol', which Hyena writes to as well. If you don't want to give them this access, they can always use the Account Functions->Shell Properties which uses the same dialog as MMC.

Thank you. The account functions -> shell properties dialog box works. I had not attempted it before. I will be checking into the useraccountcontrol attribute. Thank you again for the information.
