Is there a way to report on accounts created and/or changed within a date range (like the past week) and report the account access level, and automate the process?

In Active Directory there is a field called WhenCreated that you can use. You can view this either in Hyena or through Exporter Pro. Exporter Pro has a command line option that would allow you to schedule it to run.

I was able to successfully create all of the fields I needed in exporter pro, but when I run the export, all of the fields are empty. What could I be missing?

If you aren't getting any errors when Exporter Pro runs, this would probably mean that the object you are running against is not an AD domain. What object are you running Exporter Pro against?

I'm not getting any errors. I'm running it against user objects in AD.
