Copying Users in AD

Since moving to Active Directory whenever we use Hyena (V6.2) to copy an existing user we get a whole string of errors saying 'Unable to copy..' followed by group info, RAS info, etc etc. This can result in upto 20 pop-up messages.

Sometimes the group memberships are correctly copied and sometimes they are not. This problem affects users who are both Account Operators and Domain Administrators.

Has anyone else experienced /resolved this problem?

Send a screenshot of the first 2 or 3 error messages you are getting as well as the exact steps you are taking to get to this point to [email protected].

Yes, we have the same problem. I would bet money you are in a mutli level domain? I am in a child domain. The distribution Lists in AD have to reside in a native domain. Which is the parent. What I can tell is some times the focus of the <span style="font-weight: bold">location</span> is looking at my domain and not <span style="font-weight: bold">entire domain</span>. We simply go back to that user and and those groups.
Some day I might try to investigate this.
