I would to know how to create a user with user First Name and Last Name field filled out.

When you create a user check the box to Run Active Directory Creation Wizard and you'll be able to enter this information.

What I need to do is to copy user with
the Terminal settings (home directory and sessions).

If I check the box to Run Active Directory Creation Wizard, The Terminal settings will not be copied to the new users.

Please help.

Unfortunately the Wizard doesn't appear to copy Terminal Server settings. You can use Hyena's dialogs to perform the copies (which will take care of the Terminal Server information), then enable Shell Property Pages and go back to each user and set the first name and last name information.

Sorry, I added an unnecessary step on that last post. When you use Hyena's dialogs to do the copy, it will take care of the Terminal Server information, and before you click Add to add the new user you can go to the Personal tab and enter the first name and last name.
