I am sure this has been posted before.. I have a bunch of compters from a particular city in my network, that are not showing up blue when logged on.. They are grey. I can get to them and do what I need. Why do they not show up as being online?

Hyena makes this determination by querying your Windows Browse List. Since these computers are in a different city, they are probably not showing up on your browse list. For this reason they will show up with the gray icon rather than blue. -

These computers showed up before.. This is something that appears to have happened after one of the upgrades.Comment

The only option that would affect this would be under Tools->Settings->View called Integrate browse list with Active Directory computer listing.
If this is not checked you won't have any blue icons, though. If you do have this checked and the only affected computers are from a certain city, you have a browsing issue.Comment
