Hi,

I just want to know if it is possible to create user templates or will i have to simply create some dummy users to copy. Can i do anything with macros to help me with this?

You'll create template users and then copy them when you create new users.

Ok.. How do i do this? is it just a new user that has to sit on my domain for me to copy?

Yes, that's correct. You can name the user in a way that makes it easy to recognize, like:

AccountingTemplate
MIStemplate

Just a tip hear, add the security groups and distribution list to this template. I have one template for each OU, I have like 25 remote sites with a combined total of about 2000 clients total. So I need a few templates. Anyways, the reason for dropping this tip is that when it comes to Exchange, if your having Hyena creating the exchange account in the process. It won't copy the description field. The work around the copying problem is by going in and editing the schema.We also found out for the AD to create the email address automaticaly. We have to fill in the personal tab first & last names.
