CopyPWD: failed to open lsass: 87?

Hi!

I have two Win2k servers with SP4 and SQL2k SP3 .
I try to copy passwords from one server to another. When I use copypwd with DUMP option - all ok. I see in dump file all users hashed passwords.
When I use copypwd with SET option, i see this error message -
Failed to open lsass: 87. Exiting.

I try to reboot to safe mode and this error
again has appeared.
What wrong i do?

What is the exact command you are typing when you do the SET? Did you copy the file to the other computer so that it is being run locally on that computer?

This is my mistake.
I wrong type command to set passwords
" copypwd SET copypwd.txt " instead of
" copypwd set "
