I'm using Hyena 6.2 Rev b to create new user accounts in an AD domain with Exchange 2003 server. When it prompts me for the Exchange template I make my choice and then I get the following Hyena Error dialogue box - "Unable to create mailbox for user 'LDAP://.....'.The server is not operational". I So I hit OK and finish creating the account without a mailbox. If I go back and RClick on the new account select EXCHANGE TASKS ->CREATE MAILBOX I can create the mailbox with no problems.

Go to File->Manage Object View and let us know what the domain format is after the LDAP:// path. Meaning, is it domain.com format or just domain? -

Our domain format is just domain {if I do a FILE -> FIND DOMAIN ->SELCT ALL DOMAINS this is how it gets added) Trying to guess where you are going, I changed the entry for the LDAP:// path to the domain.ca format and all seems fine now. If this is the solution - thanks!Comment
