Can not see Terminal Services Profile Tab

When I use properties of users in the AD I do not see any TAB for Terminal Services Profile.

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong,

I found a solution, if I turn on "...show shell properties by default of user objects.." I get the TSP Tab, just like using the MMC.
