Problems with XP SP2

I find I can no longer check logon related info on computers that have upgraded XP to SP2. I cannot manage then remotely either.
If I click to see logged on users Hyena reports that it cannot connect to the registry.

I am certain this is something I have done, but am at a loss to figure it out.

Thanks for any help provided, even if you do tell me I am a dummy!

Of course, dummy. The Firewall is enabled by default after a SP2 upgrade!
