Does anyone know of a tool or of a way to suspend inactive domain user accounts?

say if they have not logged on for thirty days, then the account is automatically locked.

I don't know of any automated methods off-hand, but you can search this board on reporting on Last Logon to get a report of the last time your users logged on. It would be a manual process then to disable them.
