Employee ID" field under the Organization tab

I'm running Hyena version 5.7 C on multiple workstations. On some workstations I see the "Employee ID" field under the Organization tab under User Properties. On others I don't. Is this a configuration issue or potentially a difference in the product on XP versus Windows 2000?
