How Import NT Global Groups members in W2000 AD ?

Is it possible to use USRCMD to inject NT glogal groups members in W2000 AD ? And how ?
USRCMD needs a server name to work. For W2000 AD how to define this server?
I think we have to choose a DC controller.
How to describe its path ?

You'll need to specify a writeable domain controller. As far as the path, you will enter in the netbios computer name, such as server1.
