Password not required field in user report

I just ran a user report in Exporter, Can you tell me what the "Password not required field is" We would or should not have users accounts with this yet certian accounts came up ...Can you tell me what this is or why certian accounts would come up for this, ( password expired etc..) Thanks!!

I don't really know the reason. With NT (and 2000) there is a bit that can be set for user accounts indicating that a password is not required. You probably note this on the Guest account. I think that this information can be ignored, as your account policy will probably override it. But if you want, find an account with this set, and see if you can set the password to a blank.
