Objects under Users in tree?

Hi,
is it possible (with objectmanager or else) to set new objects under (by example) a user in the users tree? I want to see the profile- and the userhome-directory under the user like the groups.

You can't modify this view, but you can right-click on an individual user and choose Tabular Views->User(Detailed) to see all info for that user in the right window. Using Object Manager->Queries you can add or remove fields from this query.

I don't want to see informations about the users. I want to have direct access to userspecific shares under each userobject if the shares \\server\P_%username%$ and/or \\server\B_%username%$ exists. The definitions should be variable.

Again, this view is not modifiable, but for this specific requirement you can right-click on a user and choose Account Functions->Profile/Home Directory Admin.

This will allow you to view and/or manage this information.

Actually, I was just told that you can add Home Directory to the User (Contact) query for Active Directory User.

This adds it as an object in the left window when you expand the user object and you can right-click on it and choose Explore, etc.

I think it could even be helpfull for others, can you told it here how to add the home directory to the userinfo on the left side?

I'm not sure if it is helpfull to see the users home-directory (N: in our domain). Because N: will be connected in the logonscript. Where should Hyena get the information from to what share N: is linked.

It would be better to make it possible (maybe in a future release) to add objects like ou-scopes to the other objects on the left side like users and computers.

Hyena will have no way of knowing what you have set in their login script. I was referring to using the Home Directory information from the Profile tab of the User Properties for each user.
