The RPC Server is Unavailable

When I try to access a large number of Win NT / 2000 workstations in our domain, I keep getting the error..

"Unable to access service information. The RPC Server is unavailable"

How do I resolve this?

This turned out to be a name resolution issue for those computers across a WAN.
