  • Windows 7 64bit - Properties - Software - Can't access to registry

    Hello

    Since installation of Window 7 on out computers, i can't see installed software from Hyena 9.0. There is not firewall active on client and i am logged on with domainadmin account. What can be wrong ? I can't see eventlog from these computers.

    By default Windows 7 has the Remote Registry service stopped, which is used for the software report and several others. Make sure to start that service and set it to Automatic so it restarts after the computer is rebooted.
