Isolate permissions

Is anyone aware of a way to isolate permissions on the domain for a small group to be able to reset other user's passwords ONLY without giving more permissions than this? Any shareware or product available?

Assuming that you are not using Windows 2000 (or don't want to deal with its delegation features), the cheapest way might be to use Intact Account Manager from www.tntsoftware.com.
