NT 4 last logon is incosistent

testing this feature I found several user accounts where the user details such as regarding last logoff, last logon never appear. any thoughts on why that information is available on some but not all users?

When viewing User Details Hyena retrieves the information from the PDC. Logon information in Windows is stored locally on the controller that authenticates the logon request.

To see more accurate details, right-click on a user and choose View Logon Information, and then click the Check All Domain Controllers button.
