Is there any way of determining when a user account was created ?

If this is for Windows 2000, you can see the date created on the Object tab under User Properties.

Unfortunately it's NT 4.0

Unfortunately, NT does not keep track of this information (unless you turn on auditing, then it gets put into the event log)

Thanks Kevin..

I'll have to forget it 'cos although auditing is on, the creation could have been anytime in the last six months. I certainly don't want to spend any time trawling through the logs.
