Is there a way that I can apply a Home Dir Template to all existing users not just new users. What I want to do is create a share for each user, map that user to their hidden share and set the appropriate NTFS permissions without having to go through a couple hundred users.

Setup your template the way you want it, then select your users in the right window. After they are selected right-click and choose User Properties.

Go to the Profiles tab and type in the home directory in the format of \\server\%username%$

When you make a change in this field Hyena will apply the template to each of the selected users.
