Create multiple accounts

I have to add a new departement to our domain, and therefore have to create 5-600 new accounts. I don't want to create each of them manually, so is there a way to do this ex. from a list with users?

Hyena doesn't have the ability to create multiple accounts at once, but our product User Commander can do this.

Since the installation of UserCmd I got the following errormessage:
