    As a test, go into Tools->Settings->User and uncheck the Show user Active Directory properties dialogs.

    If that doesn't speed up the user properties, then go back in and check the box to Suppress automatic display of all groups and users.

    Let us know if either of these take care of the problem.

    User Properties SLOW in Win2000

    I installed Hyena 252 on Windows 2000 Server. The network is primarily NT 4.0. No problems the first day, but then the next day there is about a 15-25 second delay when I click user properties or try to copy a username. I tried reinstalling and no change. I have no idea what's happening.
