    Send the key and company name you are entering to [email protected]. Also tell us if you are using the Run As feature in Windows 2000 or XP, or from a Terminal Server session, etc.

    Licensing won't keep

    I used to have Hyena 4.x Enterprise installed and it was a registered version. I moved to a new company where we purchased 5.0. I uninstalled the older version and installed 5.0. When it started for the first time, it prompted for our license info, which I entered and away I went. If I close Hyena and re-open it, it prompts me for the licensing code every single time. How can this be fixed? The PC has been rebooted...
