pdh.dll error

I have just tried to install the trial of the latest version and get the following error 'The procedure entry point PdhLookupPerfNameByIndexW could not be located in the dynamic link library pdh.dll' I have followed all of the installation instructions in the user guide. I am using an NT4 workstation.

Please verify that you don't have duplicate copies of the pdh.dll file on your system. Hyena's install should have put a pdh.dll file with version 5.0.1838 into your system32 directory. If you find an older file there, make sure that its not marked read-only. If it is, remove the RO flag on the file and reinstall.

I only have version 4.00 of the dll installed when I run the Hyena installer. I have made sure it isn't RO.

One other question that I forgot to ask: did you run the Update installation or the complete install ? The Update assumes that you had previously installed v4.x on your system and does not include any .dll files.
