Keeping Serial Number

I just purchased a new 4.1 Enterprise license. When I run Hyena it shows my old standard serial number, and prompts for a new one.

How do I make it hold the new serial number information?

You should have received a new serial number and licensee (company name). Enter both in the dialog that you are presented with. Assuming you got this information in an email, I would recommend that you cut-and-paste it into the licensing dialog. After you click OK, Hyena will validate the information and you will not have to enter it again.

I have followed this procedure. The problem is that when I exit and restart Hyena, the new serial number information is not retained.

Could the problem be that my old version (2.x) was not an Enterprise copy? This is the serial number Hyena is trying to retain.

Send more details about your configuration to [email protected]. Include in the email anything that you might be using such as mandatory profile, Terminal Server, Run As, etc.
