One of our customers said he was able to get it to work using:

    Description: NetBT Datagram
    Protocol: UDP
    Direction: Both (Incoming and Outgoing)
    Ports: 137,138,139
    Remote Endpoint: Any,Any

      Re: Using with a firewall

If you are running Windows XP SP2 firewall, make sure you have File And Print Sharing enabled in the Firewall under the exceptions tab. There is already a check box for this so just select it.

Also, I was having issues with VNC not connecting to the target(XPSP2) computer. The program(VNC) was installed but the connection attempt would fail until I added winvnc.exe to the list of exceptions in Windows Firewall. In WF, click Add Programs and browse to C:\Windows\system32\rc\winvnc.exe. Once this was added I was able to connect to the target computer via VNC with no problem.
