  • Installed upgrade, but no changes

    I purchased a 5 user pack with the Exchange enhancements. Installed over existing, older version. Entered all the right codes (I think) But I see no change to the interface. Specifically I'm looking for the WTS and Exchange info. I installed it on another machine that previously had no Hyena and that info is available.

    What do I need to do?

    Thanks.

    For the Exchange interface to function you must make sure that you have installed the Exchange Administrator on your machine. After you have done this go to Tools->Settings->Exchange and check the first box, then click OK. Close Hyena and open it again and you should see an Exchange menu at the top.

    For the Terminal Server information you will first need to copy the following dlls from your Terminal Server to your machine:

    wtsapi32.dll
    utildll.dll
    winsta.dll
    regapi.dll

    Copy these to your Hyena directory or your system32 directory.

    Start Hyena and you should now see a tab on the user properties page for Terminal Server information.

      Thanks for the quick response!
      It just so happens I don't have Exchange Administrator installed on my desktop, but I do have it installed in my WTS desktop session ... which explains why I see Exchange and WTS settings in that Hyena installation.

      <was that documented anywhere?>

      Thanks again
