  • confusion about lic registration using runas command

    Hi
guess I'm a little confused about the licencing and user accounts

I originally install Hyenay using my normal Domain account and registered it on my workstation

I then needed a little extra authority to check server registries and used my admin account on my worksation with the Runas command. Its asking me to register again and my saved export configurations are not there even though its the same workstation with all defaults except for the addition of a saved export configuration

    any help would be appreciated

Re: confusion about lic registration using runas command

Information is stored specific to the user running Hyena. When you run it for the first time under a new user account you must enter registration information.

As far as your settings you can simply copy them over. They are stored:

    c:\documents and settings\<username>\application data\systemtools\hyena

Keep in mind that using RunAs does not require an additional license, as you are still 'you' (ie only one user).
