Control Servers on Other Side of Firewall

I need to be able to access servers that are sitting behind a firewall. The security team has locked down traffic through this firewall to a select number of ports. When I try to, say view a server's events or look at its disk space Hyena chokes. What ports do I need to have open on the firewall so that I can control these servers with Hyena?
