Disable Automatic Check for Upgrades

The question is: how do I disable "Automatic Check for Upgrades" completely? I don't want this to run from time to time AT ALL, i prefer periodically to check for upgrades manually on this site. Is there any registry parameter or smth else?

In your Hyena directory is a file called wiseupdt.exe. Rename or delete that file.
