hyena 6.3 wont start after adding a tool

i added the following entry to create a tool: mmc c:\windows\system32\gpedit.msc /gpcomputer:"%C1%"
but once i did that hyena will not start. i get an error hyena has encountered a problem and needs to close.
appname: hyena.exe
modname: msvcrt.dll
is there a way to remove this tool? or fix the issue.

never mind - i found a similar entry in this forum and try the suggestion to delete the tools_cmds file and that worked fine -
