Procedure for centrally located tools and settings

Do you guys have a procedure on the proper way to setup centrally located tools and settings and if Hyena is set to point at a shared folder for it tools and settings does this also encompass any custom groupings that have been created? For example, I created a group that has all of the print servers for a department in it. Will other admins also see this same group?

For that data you will use the option under Tools->Settings->General for Path to Object Manager and other shared configuration files.

You'll create a directory on a server somewhere, then copy the files from this directory on your computer:

c:\documents and settings\<username>\application data\systemtools\hyena

Enter the path to the shared directory in that box mentioned above for any users that you want to share those files.
