Hyena Installation on Citrix Metaframe

Hi,
I have installed Hyena 6.0 rev D on Windows 2003 with citrix Metaframe XP 1.0 FR3.
I have entered the license key.
When I launch Hyena with an administrator account, everything is fine.
When I launch Hyena with a regular user account, the following message appears :
"Could not initialize installation. System dlls corrupt or missing. the specified procedure could not be found."
After clicking on OK on the msgbox, Hyena launches and seems to be OK.

Do everybody have an idea about this error message. What did I miss ?
