Prompt for licensing code when opening Heyena

Just up graded to Heyena 5.5 Rev B and when I open Heyena I get a prompt to enter the licensing code. This will occurs everytime I open Heyena, it will not save the licensing code

Go to Tools->Settings->Licensing and let us know what the Maintenance Expiration Date is.

The expiration date shows 7\21\2003, but my maintenace has been renewed. It should show July 2004. The Company license name is Friedkin Information Technology.

The fact that your maintenance has expired on the license you are using is the reason you are in evaluation mode.

I'll forward your information to Sales so they can verify that you have extended maintenance, and if so, they will send you the key that you should be using by email.
